Accessible travel with Discover Airlines

We want to provide passengers with reduced mobility or sensory impairment with the best possible support on their journey with Discover Airlines and offer various free services for this purpose.

We require some advance information from you to ensure your comfort at the airport and on board our aircraft. Please let us know what support you will require via the contact options at least 48 hours before your departure. If you book a ticket by telephone or at a travel agency, please specify your requirements there before completing your booking. We can no longer guarantee the best support if you register at shorter notice.

On the following pages we have brought together important information about accessible travel.
