The A320-200’s cockpit has 490 switches and buttons. If you were to learn one of these buttons or switches every day, you would need about 18 months to memorize everything.
The A320-200s are equipped with 2.5 m high winglets which reduce fuel consumption by 3.5%. This reduces CO2 emissions by around 700 t per aircraft per year. The winglets are also known as “sharklets” by Airbus as their shape is reminiscent of a shark fin.
